Benton’s commitment to safety starts at the time of hiring, with all employees going through mandatory onboarding and training. This includes regular follow-up and ongoing training to ensure all employees are properly trained to work on our client’s systems.
Beyond this training, Benton has additional safety components integrated into our operations. This includes: regular safety audits performed on each field crew, daily JSAs, weekly and monthly safety meetings.
In addition, Benton has inhouse Master Evaluators for OQ (operator qualification) programs such as: MEA (Midwest Energy Assoc.), EWN (Energy World Net), NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research),ITS (Industrial Training Services) and Veriforce. Benton is and has been a member of ISNetworld since it’s inception, and is also registered with other compliance and background services, such as Avetta and PowerAdvocate.
